Our Goal at Z Urology is to provide excellence in Urologic care to South Florida and the Surrounding area.

Dr. Michael Zahalsky is a board certified urologist that prides himself on providing State of the art urologic care to South Florida; He is currently the Medical Director of Urologic Oncology for Broward Health and specializes in all minimally invasive urologic procedures. After fellowship training Dr. Zahalsky moved to South Florida with the goal of providing tertiary care, academic medicine to our community. Dr. Zahalsky proudly welcomes his new associate, Dr. Patrick Villicaña. Dr. Villicaña is a member of the American Urological Association, Dr. Villicaña’s main interests lie in the treatment of bladder cancer, laparoscopic and robotic surgery for kidney and prostate disease and minimally invasive surgery for benign prostatic hyperplasia and kidney stone disease.

Our Practice has specialty trained allied health professionals.  These include Melissa Marchand, MCMSc, PA-C and Marlene Schmitz, ARNP. Our Allied Health team conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret tests, counsel on preventative health care, assist in surgery and prescribe medications.

Z Urology recognizes the importance of the patient provider relationship. We strive to provide our patients with a top-quality, comfortable experience in our office, the hospital and the skilled nursing facility. As a diverse practice we recognize the importance of communication and meeting the needs of all of our patients, in doing so our staff speaks a variety of languages that include English, Spanish and Creole.

Z Urology has one of our Practitioner’s available to our patients via on-call phone access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Our practice is completely electronic with our medical records system and we have access to each patient’s medical history if needed.
