Monika Kulik is a South Florida native and a board-certified physician assistant at Z Urology. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology at the University of Florida in Gainesville. She then furthered her education at Nova Southeastern University in Naples, Florida, where she received her Master's in Medical Science and Physician Assistant Studies.

At Z Urology, Monika is involved in all aspects of urological care, from initial consultations to assisting in surgical procedures. She believes the most important aspect of her job is to understand the patient’s concerns so she can provide the best care that they need. Monika is an active member of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.
